Build your own brand of cath-lab consumables

We make the components — angiographic manifolds, high-pressure Y-connectors, hemostasis valves and stopcocks — and pack them under your name. You own the brand and the market; we run the moulds, the cleanroom and the QC. A contract manufacturer, not a trader.

What “OEM” actually covers

Private label here is more than a sticker. These are the levers you control on every item:

Handle & body colour
Match your brand palette across the whole line, or colour-code by configuration.
Print, logo & pouch
Your logo and lot fields printed on the pouch; box and insert artwork to your design.
Sterilisation method
EO-sterile or non-sterile to your market's requirement — validated per batch.
Configuration
Gang count, pressure rating, connector standard and tubing built to your spec sheet.

From your spec to your shelf

The engineering and quality chain behind a private-label run — so you know exactly what stands behind the box that carries your name.

01
Spec & tooling review
We confirm your drawing or sample, the pressure rating and connector standard, and which existing mould fits — or quote new tooling.
02
First article & samples
A first-article sample in your colour and packaging for your team to test fit, taper, seal and finish before any volume runs.
03
Validation
Pressure and leak checks for the rated configuration; EO sterilisation validation where the product ships sterile.
04
Production & lot traceability
Cleanroom assembly under ISO 13485 with a traceable lot number on every batch you receive.
05
Documentation & dispatch
Drawings, material and sterilisation records packed with the order; FOB / CIF / DDP to your port.

Why private-label with the manufacturer, not a trader

Your margin, not theirs
A trading company adds a layer of markup between you and the mould. Buying at the source, that margin stays in your business.
Batch after batch, the same
The part comes off the same tooling and the same cleanroom line every time — so your second order matches your first sample.
Change it at the source
Colour, print, configuration or a tweak to the spec is a conversation with the factory floor, not a relayed message through a reseller.

Documentation we provide for your file

ISO 13485 quality-management-system certificate
Dimensional drawings per item and configuration
Material & biocompatibility data (ISO 10993) for patient-contact parts
EO sterilisation validation for sterile-packed runs
Lot / batch traceability records with each shipment
Free Sale Certificate from the Chinese authority on request

You hold the finished-device registration for your market; we supply the manufacturer documentation behind it.

OEM & private-label FAQ

Can you match a product we already buy from another supplier?

In most cases yes. Send us a physical sample or the drawing and target spec — connector standard, pressure rating, gang count, sterile or non-sterile — and we confirm whether an existing mould fits or quote dedicated tooling. We do not copy a competitor's protected branding; we match the technical spec and pack it under your brand.

What is the MOQ for a private-label run?

OEM runs start from 2,000 units per item. New tooling, if your design needs it, carries a one-time mould cost that we quote up front and that is amortised over your orders. For a first collaboration we can usually agree a smaller mixed quantity across items so you validate quality before scaling.

How long does a first OEM order take?

A run using an existing mould is typically 25–35 days after sample approval. If new tooling is required, add the mould lead time (we quote this with the tooling). Air freight is available for urgent first shipments or samples.

Who holds the product registration?

You do. We are the component manufacturer; you hold the finished-device registration for your market and sell under your own name. We supply the manufacturer documentation behind it — drawings, material and biocompatibility data, sterilisation validation and our ISO 13485 certificate — for your file.

Do you provide samples before mass production?

Always. No private-label run goes to volume before you have approved a first-article sample in your own colour and packaging. Sample and courier cost is agreed on WhatsApp and normally credited against a firm order.
