What is the minimum order (MOQ) for private label?
We work with an accessible MOQ that varies by product and by packaging customization level. For many references generic packaging has a low MOQ, while fully custom packaging needs a somewhat larger volume. Send your list on WhatsApp for the exact MOQ per reference.
Can you add just my logo, or design the whole package?
Both. We can print your logo on our standard packaging, or design the full box (colour, language, instructions for use, barcode) according to your brand and the destination regulation.
Do you provide documentation for medical-device registration?
Yes. We provide CE and ISO 13485 certificates, ISO 10993 biocompatibility reports, EO sterilization reports, technical data sheets and a manufacturer's letter — the documentation requested by COFEPRIS, INVIMA, ANMAT, DIGEMID, ISP and other agencies in the region.
How long does an OEM order take?
For in-stock references with your logo, lead time is short. For fully custom packaging or bespoke specifications, typical production takes a few extra weeks for artwork, approval and printing. We confirm the exact lead time in the quote.
