Get a quote in 24h
Formal quote with box price, MOQ per reference, weight/volume and estimated lead time.
Samples (optional)
If you need them, we send evaluation samples before you confirm the large order.
Confirm & pay
Approve the proforma, choose Incoterm and payment method, and we confirm production.
Production & QC
We manufacture and run sampling quality control. We prepare lot and export documentation.
Shipping & tracking
We ship by air or sea depending on your urgency and provide a tracking number until delivery.
Incoterms: who arranges shipping?
Choose the logistics service level you prefer. We advise you based on your importing experience.
You arrange freight
We hand over at the factory or a Chinese port; you arrange carrier and customs. Maximum control of logistics cost.
To your port
We include freight and insurance to the destination port. You handle customs clearance.
Door to door
We handle everything, including delivery to your address. The most convenient option; quoted by destination.
Buying — Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order (MOQ)?
We work with an accessible MOQ designed for mid-sized clinics and distributors who don't want to overstock. It varies by reference. Send your list and we'll confirm the exact MOQ per product in the quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Usually bank transfer (T/T). For large orders we can agree on terms (deposit + balance against shipping documents). We detail the options in the proforma.
How long does delivery take?
For in-stock references, production/preparation is fast; transit depends on the mode: air (days) or sea (weeks). In the quote we state the handling time and estimated transit to your country.
Do you help with registration and importing?
Yes. We provide the regulatory documentation (data sheets, certificates and manufacturer's letter) and we have country-by-country import guides. Check yours in our blog.
