Will the quality match the branded part I buy now?
Validate it before you commit. Send us your current part or its spec; we produce a first-article sample so your team can compare fit, taper, seal and finish side by side. You only scale once the sample meets your standard.
Can you match my current part's exact specification?
In most cases yes — connector standard, gang count, pressure rating and sterilisation. We confirm against an existing mould or quote dedicated tooling. We match the technical spec to your brand; we do not reproduce another company's protected branding.
Do I need a new product registration to switch?
You already hold (or apply for) the finished-device registration under your own brand. We supply the manufacturer documentation behind it — drawings, material and biocompatibility data, sterilisation validation and our ISO 13485 certificate.
What's the minimum order to start a private-label line?
OEM runs start from 2,000 units per item. For a first switch we can usually agree a smaller mixed quantity across items so you trial the line before committing to volume.
How long does the switch take?
With an existing mould, roughly 25–35 days after sample approval. New tooling, if your design needs it, adds the mould lead time, which we quote up front.
