We manufacture Seldinger-technique central venous catheter kits and supply them neutral — no factory branding anywhere on the catheter, the peel-pack or the carton. The product ships under your brand, not ours. We work with importers, distributors and brands that already have a line and need a factory behind it. This is not a fixed catalogue reference: configuration (single, double, triple or quad lumen), size (14G to 8.5 Fr) and length (8 to 60 cm) are chosen per order. Radiopaque polyurethane catheter with depth markings, J-tip guidewire, dilator, introducer needle and syringe. The verified measurements of a physical reference sample are published below so you can judge finish and tray contents before ordering.

Size and length chart
Single lumen is sized in gauge (G) and multi-lumen in French (Fr) — two different scales that do not map onto each other, which is a common source of error when a buyer transfers an order from one brand to another. Find the configuration first, then the size, then the length.
| Configuration | Size | Available lengths (cm) |
|---|---|---|
| Single lumen | 14 G | 15 · 20 · 30 |
| Single lumen | 16 G | 15 · 20 · 30 · 35 · 45 · 60 |
| Single lumen | 18 G | 13 · 15 · 20 |
| Single lumen | 20 G | 13 · 15 · 20 |
| Double lumen | 4.0 Fr | 8 · 13 · 20 |
| Double lumen | 5.0 Fr | 8 · 13 · 20 |
| Double lumen | 7.0 Fr | 15 · 20 · 30 |
| Double lumen | 8.0 Fr | 20 · 30 |
| Triple lumen | 5.5 Fr | 8 · 13 · 15 |
| Triple lumen | 7.0 Fr | 15 · 20 · 30 |
| Triple lumen | 8.5 Fr | 15 · 20 · 30 |
| Quad lumen | 8.5 Fr | 15 · 20 · 30 |
The paediatric sizes are 4.0 and 5.0 Fr in double lumen and 5.5 Fr in triple. The 60 cm in 16 G is the reference for adult femoral access. State configuration, size and length when requesting a quote.
Frequently Asked Questions — Central Venous Catheter (CVC) Kit — Single, Double & Triple Lumen
Does the product ship with no branding at all?
Yes. Neutral is the default: no factory branding on the catheter, the peel-pack or the carton. Print nothing and you receive fully unbranded stock. If you have your own brand, we print it for you.
Where does my brand get printed?
On the peel-pack label, the individual carton and the export case. We also set the label language and content, your own reference numbers and barcodes, and the IFU under your imprint. Send your artwork and we return a proof before production runs.
Is the photographed kit the only model you make?
No. The sample shown is a triple lumen 7 Fr × 15 cm and is one configuration among many. We build single lumen (14G, 16G, 18G, 20G), double (4.0 · 5.0 · 7.0 · 8.0 Fr), triple (5.5 · 7.0 · 8.5 Fr) and quad (8.5 Fr), in lengths from 8 to 60 cm. We publish that sample because it shows the real finish and what the blister actually holds.
Can I change what goes inside the blister?
Yes, contents are configurable. The base is catheter, J-tip guidewire, introducer needle, dilator and syringe. From there, injection cap, clamp, scalpel, fixation wing and dressing are added or dropped to suit your market. Tell us what it has to contain and we quote it that way.
What is the minimum order, and does it change if I add my brand?
Neutral stock has a low MOQ because it runs continuously. Printed-brand orders need a higher quantity, since the label and carton are produced specifically for you. Give us configuration, size, length and an estimated quantity and we'll give you both figures.
Can I order a single configuration, or do I have to take the range?
A single one is fine. Distributors usually start with the 7 Fr triple lumen, the highest-turnover adult size, and add paediatric sizes (4.0 and 5.0 Fr double, 5.5 Fr triple) once hospitals ask for them.
Is the catheter radiopaque?
Yes. The polyurethane catheter carries a radiopaque line and a printed depth scale — 5, 10 and 15 cm references on the photographed sample — so tip position can be confirmed on the post-insertion chest film.

Full Description — Central Venous Catheter (CVC) Kit — Single, Double & Triple Lumen
We build central venous catheter kits for companies that sell them under their own name. The product leaves the line neutral — nothing on the catheter, the peel-pack or the carton says who made it — and your label goes on before it ships. If you already have a brand and a market and what you're missing is a factory, that is the part we do.
Everything for the procedure, in one sterile tray
A radiopaque polyurethane catheter, a J-tip guidewire, a dilator, an introducer needle and a syringe, so there's no chasing loose parts mid-procedure. The radiopaque line lets you confirm tip position in the SVC on a post-insertion chest film. Injection cap, clamp, scalpel, fixation wing and dressing sit outside that base set — they go in or come out depending on what your market expects, and the tray is laid out accordingly. For indications, insertion and care, see our central venous catheter (CVC) guide.
The sample in the photographs
The kit shown is a triple lumen 7 Fr × 15 cm. It is one configuration, not the configuration — we photographed a real unit rather than a render so you can see the finish before committing to a run. On it: the trifurcation hub printed *7FR 15CM 3-LUMEN*, each extension leg marked with its own gauge (distal 16 GA, middle 18 GA, proximal 18 GA), a depth scale along the catheter with 5, 10 and 15 cm references, slide clamps on every leg, and the guidewire coiled in its dispenser hoop. Sterilised by ethylene oxide in an individual peel-pack, three-year shelf life. Ask for this sample, or for one built to your own spec.
Lumen configurations and sizes
This is not a single product: the kit is made in several configurations depending on how many lines the patient needs. - Single lumen: 14G, 16G, 18G and 20G, 13 to 30 cm. For CVP monitoring, simple infusion and emergency access. - Double lumen: 4, 5, 7 and 8 Fr. Lets you run two incompatible solutions at once, or parenteral nutrition plus medication. - Triple lumen: 5.5, 7 and 8.5 Fr. The complex-ICU standard: vasopressors, TPN and monitoring through separate, colour-coded lumens (distal, medial, proximal). - Quad lumen: on request, for the critical patient with many simultaneous infusions.
In multi-lumen catheters each lumen exits at a different point along the catheter so drugs don't mix, and is marked with its gauge and colour. For peripheral IV gauge selection, see our IV needle gauge & colour chart.
Putting your brand on it
The photographs on this page show the pouch as it comes off the line: the top band of the label is empty and so is the REF box. That is not a crop or an erasure — it is how neutral product is made, and that space is exactly where your brand and your reference number go. What stays printed at the factory is everything that doesn't depend on who sells it: device name, model and size, blister contents, single-use and ethylene-oxide sterilisation symbols, the warnings, the lot number and the manufacture and expiry dates.
Your artwork goes on the peel-pack label, the individual carton and the export case, in whatever language your market reads, with your own reference numbers and barcodes and an IFU under your imprint. Send the artwork, we send back a proof, and nothing runs until you approve it. The blister layout is part of that conversation too — if your buyers expect a scalpel and a dressing in the tray, it ships with a scalpel and a dressing.
Two numbers usually decide the order: neutral stock carries a low minimum because it runs continuously, while printed-brand production needs a larger quantity, since label and carton are made specifically for you. Tell us configuration, size, length and roughly how many, and you'll get both figures back — along with a sample if you want to handle one first. Most distributors open with the 7 Fr triple lumen and add paediatric sizes once their hospitals start asking.
