Disposable Guedel oropharyngeal airway to keep the airway patent in unconscious patients or during sedated procedures. Made from rigid medical polyethylene. How do I choose the correct oropharyngeal airway size?
Measure from the corner of the mouth to the earlobe. Large (~100 mm): large adult. Medium (~90 mm): average adult. Small (~80 mm): small adult / adolescent. Paediatric and infant by age. See our Guedel airway sizing & insertion guide.
What is the flower / butterfly type used for?

Edaochi Medical's oropharyngeal airway / bite block (SKU XY240) is the simplest airway adjunct in the resuscitation kit — the rigid curved tube that holds the tongue forward and keeps the airway open.
Sizing is everything
A correctly sized Guedel airway is measured from the corner of the mouth to the earlobe; too long or too short can worsen obstruction.
