Private Label Nail Cream Manufacturer — Herbal Formula Under Your Brand
We make a 5 g nail care cream built on salicylic acid and three botanical extracts, and we put your name on it. Most of the private label market for this category offers the same chemical actives everyone else has. Ours is a botanical formula with a traditional-Chinese-medicine story that a buyer can actually build a brand around.
What private label means here
Three levels of commitment, from relabelling a product that already exists to tooling something that is yours alone. Buyers usually start at the first and move down as volume justifies it.
Stock packaging — MOQ 1 unit
Our jar and carton, unbranded, no artwork change. A single piece is enough to evaluate the texture, the smell and the finish before you commit to anything. Most of this category will not sell you one.
Private label — MOQ 500 units
Your brand and artwork on our existing jar and carton format. The fastest route to a branded SKU and the level most first real orders take, because there is no tooling to pay for.
Full OEM — MOQ 2,000 units
Custom jar or tube, custom fill size, your own carton and insert, adjusted formula. The minimum is higher because print and container runs carry their own floors — but the product becomes genuinely yours.
Supply terms
The figures a buyer needs before a first call, published rather than held back for a sales conversation. They are the standing terms, not an opening position — if your specification moves one of them, the quotation says so.

Compliance — read this before you plan your claims
The formula contains no antifungal drug active. It is supplied as a cosmetic nail and foot care preparation, not as a medicine.
Buyers are responsible for registration and claim wording in their own market — EU/UK CPNP or SCPN notification, US cosmetic labelling under MoCRA, or the local equivalent.
We supply ingredient breakdown, manufacturing details and product photography to support a buyer's own notification dossier.
We do not supply the product with drug claims, and we ask partners not to market it with claims to treat, cure or prevent a fungal infection.
We raise this early because it is the single most common way a private label launch in this category goes wrong. A buyer builds packaging and ad copy around curing nail fungus, then discovers at customs or at first regulatory contact that the claim needs a drug registration nobody holds. Plan the claims first and the rest of the project is straightforward.
Common questions
Do you sell your own brand, or do you make products for other brands?
We are the factory. The product ships neutral and carries your brand, not ours. Our own retail listing exists so buyers can see the finished article and its price point, but the business is contract manufacturing — you own the label, the positioning and the customer relationship in your market.
What exactly is in the formula?
Salicylic acid at 1.6%–2.0% as the keratolytic, plus three botanical extracts used in traditional Chinese topical preparations: Sophora flavescens, Pseudolarix kaempferi Gord. and Impatiens balsamina L. There is no antifungal drug active in the formula — no terbinafine, no tolnaftate, no ciclopirox.
Can I change the formula?
Within limits, yes. Fill size, fragrance, texture and the botanical ratio are all discussable. Adding a registered drug active is not something we offer, because it would move the product out of the cosmetic category and into a medicines registration your market would require us both to hold.
Is this product a medicine?
No. It is supplied as a cosmetic nail and foot care preparation for external use. That has a direct consequence for how you may market it: you can describe it as nail care, appearance, softening and conditioning, but you cannot label it as treating or curing a fungal infection without a drug registration in your market.
Who handles product registration in my country?
You do, and that is normal for private label. We supply the ingredient breakdown, manufacturing detail and product photography that your notification dossier needs — EU or UK cosmetic notification, US cosmetic listing under MoCRA, or the local equivalent. The registration is filed in your company's name because you are the responsible person placing the product on the market.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes, and we would rather you did. The minimum on stock packaging is one unit, so evaluating the texture, the smell, the jar and the finish costs you a single piece rather than a first order. Private label starts at 500 and full OEM at 2,000, and neither is a decision worth making from a photograph.
