The consumable is the business, not the machine
A hospital buys the flow generator once and then buys the cannula and the heated circuit for every patient, every few days, for as long as the unit runs. That is the line worth holding stock of, and it is the line most importers under-order because they quote the device and forget the refill. We supply both, and we expect the disposables to be your repeat business.
High flow is not a bigger oxygen cannula. Heated humidified gas at up to 60 L/min meets or exceeds the patient's own inspiratory demand, so the delivered FiO₂ is what you set rather than what the patient's breathing pattern dilutes it to. That is why a tender written for HFNC will not accept a standard nasal oxygen cannula as an equivalent, and why the two lines sit side by side in a distributor's catalogue.

It ships as your product, not ours
The default is neutral: no logo on the pouch, no logo on the carton. From there we print your brand, your artwork, your language set and your reference numbers, and the registration is filed in your name in your market. We do not sell into your territory under our own label and we do not appear on the packaging unless you ask us to.

Are you an HFNC factory or a trading company?
We manufacture. The nasal cannula and the heated circuit are moulded and assembled in our own plant, which is what lets us quote FOB without a middle margin, run private-label print and issue the technical file in our own name. Ask for the plant address and the monthly capacity figure and we will give both.
What is the minimum order for high-flow nasal cannula consumables?
One box for the standard catalogue configuration, so you can trial the product before committing volume. Private label with your own print and pouch starts higher because tooling and artwork have to be set up, and we state that figure per configuration before you commit.
Do you supply the HFNC device or only the disposables?
Both. Most distributors take the single-use cannula and heated circuit as a recurring line, because that is where the repeat revenue sits. The system itself is available when you are equipping a new unit.
Can you supply HFNC under our own brand?
Yes. The product ships neutral by default, and we print your brand on the pouch and carton, in your artwork and your languages. The registration stays in your name in your market. This is the normal arrangement for the distributors we supply.
Which sizes should a hospital distributor stock first?
Adult M carries most of the volume in general wards and ICU, with Adult L for larger patients. Add Paediatric M if the customer has a children's ward and the neonatal sizes only for a NICU, since those turn slowly and have a shelf life to watch.
What FiO₂ can the system actually deliver?
21 to 100 percent, set independently of the flow, which is the practical difference from a low-flow cannula whose delivered FiO₂ moves with the patient's own breathing pattern. Our oxygen device FiO₂ table sets out the delivered figures per device if you need them for a tender answer.
