Bulk or sterile pouch, decide before you quote
Our factory standard is neutral bulk, non-sterile. That is what most importers take, because the unit price is lower and a lot of buyers sterilise or repack in market. Individually pouched sterile stock is available on request, and it is a different quote: the packaging line changes, the unit price changes and the lead time moves.
If the manifold is going into a hospital tender, check the tender text before you order. Many specify individually pouched sterile presentation and a stated shelf life, and a bulk-packed product will be rejected at inspection no matter how good the piece is.
It ships as your product, not ours
Neutral is the default: no logo on the piece, no logo on the carton. From there we print your brand, your artwork, your languages and your reference numbers, set up by order volume, and the registration is filed in your name in your market.

What is the minimum order for IV infusion manifolds?
Five thousand pieces is the standard MOQ for a catalogue configuration. Smaller runs are possible at a higher unit price, and we tell you that price before you commit rather than after.
Do the manifolds come sterile?
Factory standard is bulk packed and non-sterile, which is what most distributors take because it costs less per piece and many buyers sterilise or repack locally. Individually pouched sterile presentation is available on request and is quoted separately, since it changes both the packaging line and the unit price.
Can the handle colours be mixed on one manifold?
Yes, and most ICU customers ask for it. White, red, yellow and blue are standard, and you can specify a different colour per station so a nurse identifies the line at a glance instead of tracing the tubing back.
Rotary dial or cross handle, which should we stock?
The cross handle is familiar and gives clear tactile feedback on position, so it stays the default in most wards. The flush rotary dial matters where a protruding handle catches on bedding or a transfer sheet and gets knocked out of position. If you are stocking for a mixed hospital base, carry the handle version in depth and the dial version in the busier port counts.
Is this the same as a cath-lab manifold?
No, and ordering the wrong one is a common and expensive mistake. This is the low-pressure manifold for drug infusion on a ward or ICU line. An angiographic or hemodynamic manifold handles contrast injection at cath-lab pressures with a different body and port arrangement, and we build that separately on the cath-lab manifold and stopcock line.
Can you supply under our own brand?
