Bone Cement System — Integrated Mixing & Delivery
SKU: XY-BCS | Sistema de Cemento Óseo — Mezcla y Entrega Integradas
In vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty the clock belongs to the cement: from the moment powder meets liquid, viscosity climbs without pause and the usable injection window is minutes long. The integrated system attacks the only recoverable stretch of that time — handling. Mixing and delivery live in one body: cement mixes in a closed chamber and passes straight to the injector with no open-air transfer, no intermediate syringe loading, none of the seconds each decanting steals. Delivery is by controlled screw advance, dosing millilitre by millilitre and stopping dead at the first sign of leak. Injectors of 3.0 and 3.5 mm outer diameter, compatible with this category's vertebral access kits. The closed chamber also contains methyl methacrylate vapours during mixing — the detail theatre staff appreciate case after case.

Frequently Asked Questions — Bone Cement System — Integrated Mixing & Delivery
What does the integrated system gain over mixing and loading syringes?
Window time. Cement viscosity climbs from the first second and waits for nothing: every transfer — bowl to syringe, syringe to injector — burns seconds of the usable phase. In a closed chamber the cement goes from powder to injector in one circuit, and those seconds get injected instead of lost. The closed mix also contains methyl methacrylate vapours.
Why screw delivery instead of a plunger?
Control. The screw advances cement millilitre by millilitre at constant pressure and stops dead when rotation stops — exactly what is needed at the first sign of leak on fluoroscopy. A hand-pushed plunger neither doses the same nor stops the same.
3.0 or 3.5 mm?
By the access kit your unit runs: the injector must pass the trocar. The two diameters cover this category's sequential and single-puncture accesses — confirm the pair when quoting and we verify compatibility.
How is the order sized?
One system per cement session, in fixed ratio with access kits (one per pedicle) and balloons if kyphoplasty. Send cases per month and we build the mix. High-class device: destination registration by the distributor, with our technical file, ISO 13485 and per-batch sterilisation.

Full Description — Bone Cement System — Integrated Mixing & Delivery
The clock nobody can stop
Viscosity rises from the first second. The window is minutes. The only recoverable time is handling time — which is why mixing and delivery share one body and the cement never sees open air between powder and pedicle.
Screw delivery is a braking system
Millilitre-by-millilitre advance at constant pressure, and a dead stop the instant rotation stops — exactly what the first sign of leak on fluoroscopy demands. A hand-pushed plunger neither doses nor stops like that.
Vapour containment
Closed-chamber mixing keeps methyl methacrylate vapours in the chamber, not in the room.
What to confirm before ordering
- Injector diameter against your access kit (3.0/3.5 mm) - Cases per month — one system per cement session
