Acute-access hemodialysis catheterization kit built on the same platform as our CVC kit: radiopaque polyurethane catheter with a soft tip that softens at body temperature, guidewire, dilator, introducer needle, syringe, scalpel, injection cap and clamp. The ordering decision buyers most often miss is not the size but the extension: every configuration is made with either straight or curved extension lines. Jugular access units usually want the curve, so the weight of the circuit does not pull on the suture point; femoral access usually takes the straight. Double lumen covers 8.0, 11.5 and 12.0 Fr and triple lumen 11.5 and 12.0 Fr, both from 13 to 30 cm; the 12.0 Fr carries colour-coded connectors so arterial and venous lines are told apart at a glance. Kink-resistant nitinol guidewire available on request. Supplied to distributors and importers with ISO 13485 documentation and private-label options.

Curved is ordered mostly for jugular access, straight for femoral. Triple lumen adds an independent infusion line without a second access.

What is the difference between straight and curved extensions?
The geometry of the line between catheter and circuit. The curve points the extensions downward on jugular access so the circuit's weight does not pull on the fixation point; straight is the norm for femoral. The catheter itself is identical. It is the variable that generates the most mixed orders — many units take both at roughly 70/30.
When is triple lumen ordered instead of double?
When the patient needs a continuous infusion line besides the two dialysis lines. The third lumen avoids placing a second access just for medication. Made in 11.5 and 12.0 Fr, 13 to 30 cm.
Does the kit include everything for insertion?
Yes: catheter, guidewire, dilator, introducer needle, syringe, scalpel, injection cap and clamp in one sterile pack. The kink-resistant nitinol guidewire is offered as an option for units that prefer it.
What is the minimum order and what documentation do you provide?
Send configuration, sizes, extension type, lengths and estimated quantity for a quote. We provide the technical file, ISO 13485 certificate and per-batch sterilisation documentation; the finished-device registration is held by the distributor in the destination market.

The same platform as the CVC kit, sized for dialysis flow
Dialysis moves far more blood per minute than infusion, so the catheter is larger and the lumens are cut for flow. Everything a buyer already knows from our CVC line carries over — radiopaque shaft, soft tip, body-temperature softening, full Seldinger kit in one sterile pack — scaled to 8.0–12.0 Fr.
Straight or curved is a real specification
The extension geometry decides how the circuit hangs. On a jugular access a straight extension points the lines up along the neck and the circuit's weight works against the sutures all day; the curved version turns them down. On femoral access the straight is standard. Units that run both accesses order both, typically 70/30.
